1. Why This Rule Exists
Because every SingingBee call is a live, customized performance, our team begins preparing, scheduling, and rehearsing your request almost immediately after your booking is confirmed. The 1-hour window allows us to halt production before significant resources are deployed.
2. Missed or Unanswered Calls
We understand that people get busy. If the recipient does not answer the phone at the scheduled time, our Call Agents will make up to reach your loved ones
within 48 hours.
- If the call does not go through, the slot is still open to make a call through to another loved one.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel within your 1-hour window, please contact us immediately to ensure your refund is processed smoothly.
